Miranda Bouchard

Miranda Bouchard is the General Manager at Thinking Rock Community Arts in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree with distinction from the University of Guelph, with a double major in Studio Art and Art History. She has also completed a studio intensive semester of exchange studies at the Institute of Fine Arts, Lahti University of Applied Sciences, Finland. Miranda has worked in various capacities in gallery, museum and artistic settings including the Art Gallery of Algoma, the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre, the
Macdonald Stewart Art Centre, YYZ Artists Outlet and the White Mountain Academy of the Arts. She is a member of the 360 Sault Media Arts Collective (360SMAC) and the curator of Shifters, an exhibition which accompanied the inaugural 360SMAC FEST + SHOW (January 2015). She
relishes time spent at home, in her Sylvan Valley studio and garden.
